Cookie has found herself in the care of Lancashire Cat Rescue because her previous keeper was advised by medical professionals that Cookie was having a negative effect on his Eczema condition.
Initially Cookie was very unsettled in the rescue environment, she was quite manic & had an unfortunate liking for attacking feet and generally seemed to be unhappy with her lot.
Well! What a transformation, she has now settled down and is a very friendly cat that will no doubt make someone a loving companion. She will be two in September, she likes her food and weighs in at a very healthy 4 1/2 Kgs, she has tested negative for FIV/Felv, is neutered, chipped & has had her first vaccination.
Cookie has always been a house cat & we would like to keep it that way.
If you would like to offer a home to Cookie (or any of our cats) and live local to Preston, Lancashire, please give us a call on 01772 750263 and make an appointment to view. We expect a minimum donation of £50 for our adult cats and a commitment to provide a litter tray (or trays) and keep them in at night.
We will always consider homing cats to busy traffic areas so long as it’s agreed to keep them as indoor cats.
Great News! (06/07/2022) Cookie has found an indoor home with Alan & Alison in Preston.
