Chivers is brother to Chutney and although not as outgoing he is a friendly, playful kitten when he gets to know you.

Chivers now has a lovely new home with a “Friend” of Lancashire Cat Rescue.

Our February Flea Market raised just over £900.00 many thanks to everyone who came to help or donated items for the stall. The Tombola was very popular as always and we very nearly ran out of prizes. This means we need to collect more items for our Flea Market on April 15th. If you can help with donations of toiletries, chocolates or bottles then please ring Christine on Preston 750263 or Sylvia on Preston 716837.

Henry

Henry, is a large black cat found wandering around a car park in Accrington, he was obviously lost. He was not neutered and had no collar or microchip, we have had him neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a lovely young cat very cool takes everything in his stride and loves his food and a cuddle.

He now has a new home with Janet & Nigel.

Tessa & Ashley

Tessa (on the left) & Ashley are from the same litter of kittens as Sally. Here they are in our outside run keeping an eye on the birds and watching the world go by.

Ashley now has a new home with Graham in Lostock Hall.

Tessa has gone to live with a gentleman of some 30 years, who last came to our place in New Lane with his Mum to collect another cat when he was only six years old.

Churchill

Churchill, is a white and tabby male around seven months old, again he has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

He now has a lovely new home with a family in Chorley.

Winston

Winston is a ginger tom of about six months old, he now has a lovely new home in Bamber Bridge.

Bingo

Bingo has found an outdoor home with stables and lots of horses to keep her company.

She needed an outdoor home due to her reluctance to use a litter tray.

She is very affectionate and we are confident that she’ll soon settle in at her new home.

Sally

Sally is one of four kittens found hiding in a shed on a landfill site near Chorley. They were very nervous at first but are now very lively and playful kittens.

Sally & Ashley (from the same litter) now have a lovely new home with Graham in Lostock Hall.

Coffee & Mince Pie Day

This years Coffee & Mince Pie Day on the 17th of December was a great success with an excellent turnout of Lancashire Cat Rescue supporters. Thanks to everyone that came with gifts of cat food and toys, Christine was run ragged keeping all the guests refreshed with drinks and mince pies(we must remember to make sure she gets more assistance next time!).

Many thanks to Jean one of our long standing supporters who kindly helped out with the running of the Tombola, with her help plus sales from the stall we raised £104:00.

We also have lots of extra food for the cats over Christmas thanks to the generousity of our visitors.

Seasons greetings to one and all.
